Shipping Policy
At Fallen Season, we believe that care doesn’t stop once you click “checkout.” This page is here to tell you exactly how, when, and where your order will arrive, no noise, no confusion.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide from the UK. Whether you’re close by or far away, our pieces are packaged with care and delivered with intention.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) Monday–Friday are shipped the same working day
Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are shipped the next working day
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Options & Timelines
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, using fully tracked services:
All UK orders include free tracked delivery with an estimated arrival time of 2–4 working days after dispatch.
UK Delivery:
Free Standard Delivery (Normally Royal Mail 48) – arrives in 2-3 working days.
Express Delivery (Normally Royal Mail 24) – arrives in 1-2 working days - £4.00
International Shipping:
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International and typically arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on destination.
Customs or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
Tracking & Notifications
Every order comes with full tracking. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link included. You can also reach out to us anytime at hello@fallenseason.com if you need help locating your parcel.
Missed Deliveries or Delays
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
Double-check your tracking link
Check with your local delivery office or neighbours
Then email us — we’ll help sort it
We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions, but we’ll always support you in resolving them.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
While we ship worldwide, there are a few countries Royal Mail currently cannot deliver to due to international restrictions or service suspensions. As a result, we are unable to ship to the following locations at this time:
Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Syria , North Korea, Iran, Yemen, Cuba, Sudan, Somalia, Venezuela (limited service).
