Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every decision, and that includes changing your mind.

Our returns policy is designed to be fair, clear, and human. If something’s not quite right, we’ll help you make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. We believe in giving you time, to decide, to feel, and to be sure.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition you received it

Complete with original tags and protective seals (if included)

Returned in the original Fallen Season pouch or packaging

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item has visible signs of wear, scratches, missing tags, or damage caused after delivery.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns on the following:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Sale items or discounted pieces marked as final sale

Personalised or engraved items

Gift cards (if/when available)

Please check your order carefully before purchasing, and if you’re unsure about a piece, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help you decide before you commit.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@fallenseason.com with the following:

Your full name

Order number

The reason for your return

Whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange


We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide instructions for sending your item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is unwanted, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return postage or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was processed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@fallenseason.com.

Refunds exclude original shipping charges, unless the return is due to a fault on our end.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange, we’re happy to help — whether it’s for a different size, style, or something else entirely. Just let us know when you contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability

Promotions and Complimentary Items

When taking part in our Buy 2, Get 1 With Our Compliments promotion:

The complimentary item will always be the lowest-priced item in your basket.

If you return part of an order that included a complimentary item, the value of the complimentary item will be deducted from your refund unless all qualifying items are returned together.

If you exchange items and the exchange no longer meets the promotional conditions (for example, keeping one paid item and the complimentary one), the value of the complimentary item will be charged or deducted from your refund.

Complimentary items cannot be returned on their own.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — for any reason.

To qualify:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item


The 30-day policy still applies, so you won’t lose this right if you’re based in the EU — it simply ensures additional protection under consumer law.
