We ship across the UK, fully tracked and packed with care. Delivery is free on orders over £40, £3 on orders of £40 or under, and £4 for Next Day. Order before 12pm on a working day and it leaves the same day. You'll get a tracking link, and if anything's delayed we'll tell you before you have to ask.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
Once your order leaves us, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Options
All orders go by Royal Mail with full tracking.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3 on orders of £40 or under, free over £40. Usually arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Day): £4 on any order. Usually arrives the next working day after dispatch, occasionally two.
Order before 12pm on a working day for same-day dispatch.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order comes with full tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link included. You can also reach out to us anytime at hello@fallenseason.com if you need help locating your parcel.
Missed Deliveries or Delays
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Double-check your tracking link
- Check with your local delivery office or neighbours
- Then email us and we'll help sort it
We can't control carrier delays, but we'll always support you in resolving them.
PO Boxes & BFPO Addresses
Please note we don't deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.
