📦 Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the UK and offer international delivery to most countries worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to email us, we’re always happy to check.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £60. For anything under that, standard shipping is £3.50 or £4.00 for Express.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive in 1–3 working days using Royal Mail 24 or 48 services.
International delivery takes around 3–5 working days depending on your location. Once your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow it the rest of the way.
Which courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries and trusted international partners for overseas orders. All services are tracked, and you’ll receive your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received yours, just drop us a message and we’ll resend it.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address. Please email us as soon as possible with the correct details. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
At the moment, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. We recommend providing a residential or business address at checkout to ensure safe delivery.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Delays are rare, but if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll look into it immediately and make sure you’re looked after.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I choose a delivery date or time?
Not at the moment, all orders are sent using tracked services with standard delivery windows. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend choosing the fastest option at checkout or emailing us first to check timing.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. We don’t do fast fashion, and we don’t do fuss either. If something’s not right, we’ll help make it right.
Will I be refunded the full amount?
You’ll receive a full refund for the item, excluding original shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I start a return?
Just email us at returns@fallenseason.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, we like to keep things smooth.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We check every piece before it leaves us, but if something’s not right, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We’ll sort it immediately, no stress, no back and forth.
Can I return earrings, sale items, or personalised pieces?
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Personalised items and anything marked down as part of a sale or promotion are also non-returnable. Thank you for understanding.
Can I return a gift?
Yes, as long as it meets our return conditions. We’ll need the original order number or purchaser’s email to process it. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not at the moment. To keep things streamlined, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the one you’d prefer.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us.
How long do returns take to process?
Once your return reaches us and is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
How will I know my return has been received?
We’ll email you as soon as your return is processed. If you’re ever unsure, you can always reach out and we’ll update you.

Can I wear Fallen Season pieces every day?
Yes, they’re designed for it. Whether you’re at the gym, in the sea, or heading out for drinks, each piece is made to be lived in, not just looked at.
What’s the best way to store my jewellery?
We recommend keeping yours in the original Fallen Season pouch or box, away from other pieces to avoid scratches. A dry drawer or dedicated space is ideal, less tangled, more treasured.
Are your pieces waterproof?
They are. Every Fallen Season piece is made from stainless steel and finished with durable PVD plating, which means they’re safe to wear in water, whether you’re swimming, showering, or simply caught in the rain.
Can I shower or swim in it?
Absolutely. Our pieces are made to move with you, through saltwater, sweat, and steam. Just dry them afterwards to keep them looking their best.
Will it tarnish or fade over time?
Our PVD-coated stainless steel is tarnish-resistant and built to last. With gentle care, your piece will stay golden, no polishing needed.
Are your pieces scratch-resistant?
While durable, they’re still delicate. Our finishes are made to last, but we always suggest avoiding abrasive surfaces or storing pieces loosely with sharp objects.
What materials are used in your pieces?
We use premium stainless steel with 18k PVD gold plating, a process known for its strength, lustre, and resistance to everyday wear. Many of our designs also feature natural pearls, cubic zirconia, or glass stones, always detailed on the product page.
Do you include care instructions with my order?
Yes, each order includes a simple care guide. You can also find all our tips on the Care & Maintenance page anytime.
How should I clean my piece?
A soft, dry cloth is usually all you need. If you’d like to go further, use warm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly with a clean towel. No need for harsh chemicals, gentle is enough.
What if I accidentally damage my piece?
Email us with a photo and we’ll do our best to help. While we can’t promise a replacement in every case, we’ll always look at options if something’s gone wrong.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, every order is sent in recyclable or reusable packaging. No plastic wrap, no excess. Just beautifully simple, low-impact design that protects your piece and the planet.
Do you use recycled metals?
Not currently, but it’s something we’re actively researching. We believe sustainability means durability first, and we’ve chosen stainless steel for exactly that reason.
Do you use sustainable materials?
Wherever possible. We work with stainless steel, a long-lasting, recyclable base metal, and use a PVD coating process that’s safer and more durable than traditional gold plating.
Do you offer plastic-free shipping?
Yes. Our parcels are entirely plastic-free, no bubble wrap, no shrink film. Just recyclable, minimalist materials designed to protect without waste.
Are your products ethically made?
They are. We only work with partners who meet high standards for working conditions, fair pay, and safe production environments. We’re building a brand we can stand behind, and you can too.
Do your sustainability claims apply to all products?
They do. Every Fallen Season piece is held to the same standard, from packaging to materials to processes. No shortcuts, no compromises.
Do you offset carbon emissions?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. We’re exploring ways to balance what we ship with what we give back. It’s not perfect, but we believe in progress over posturing.
How are your pearls sourced?
We use cultured pearls from trusted suppliers with responsible farming practices. Each one is slightly unique, just as it should be.
Are your factories audited for ethical practices?
Yes. Our manufacturing partners are vetted for ethical compliance and are subject to regular audits. We don’t work with suppliers who don’t meet our standards, full stop.

🛍 Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Klarna.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually correct it. Please email us right away with the correct details. Once it’s been dispatched, we’re no longer able to make changes.
Can I use Klarna or Buy Now Pay Later?
Yes. We now offer Klarna and other flexible payment options. You can split your payment or pay later, making it easier to enjoy your Fallen Season pieces today.
My payment didn’t go through, can I try again?
Yes. Make sure your billing address matches the one linked to your card, and try again. If issues continue, contact your bank or email us for help.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not right now, but we’re working on it. If you’d like to treat someone but aren’t sure what they’d choose, feel free to reach out, we’ll help make it special.
Is your checkout secure?
Completely. We use trusted payment providers and encryption technology to keep your details safe. Your information is protected from start to finish.
I haven’t received my order confirmation, what now?
First, check your spam folder just in case. If it’s not there, contact us at hello@fallenseason.com and we’ll re-send it to you.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Choose the one that gives you the best value.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly, which means we can’t guarantee changes. If you need to update something, email us immediately and we’ll do our best.
Do you offer student or referral discounts?
Not at the moment, but we may introduce these in future. The best way to hear about new offers is to join our mailing list.

Are Fallen Season pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes. Every piece is crafted from stainless steel, which is known for being kind to sensitive skin. We also avoid nickel, because no one wants irritation where there should be ease.
Are your pearls genuine?
Yes, we use cultured freshwater pearls from trusted suppliers. Each one is slightly unique, which means your piece is too.
What are your pieces made from?
We use high-grade stainless steel with 18k PVD gold plating, a technique known for durability and depth of colour. You’ll also find details like natural pearls, cubic zirconia, or glass stones depending on the design.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. If there’s something you missed out on, we recommend signing up for back-in-stock alerts, or dropping us a message so we know what you’re hoping to see again.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
They are. Our materials are chosen with care, especially for those with sensitivity. If you’ve reacted to costume jewellery in the past, Fallen Season will feel different.
Are your items handmade?
Many of our pieces involve hand-finishing or hand-assembly, depending on the design. What matters to us is the craftsmanship, whether by hand or machine, it’s done with care.
What finish or plating do you use?
We use PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition), a premium coating technique that’s longer lasting and more resistant to wear than traditional gold plating. It’s the kind of quality you can feel.
What if the item I want is out of stock?

Do you offer a size guide?

Do you offer engraving or custom options?
Not at this time. Every Fallen Season piece is designed to be timeless as it is, but if personalisation becomes part of our future, you’ll hear it from us first.

Do you collaborate with creators or brands?
Yes, but selectively. We don’t say yes to everyone, and we don’t believe in partnerships for the sake of it. If there’s alignment, we’re open.
Do you offer paid collaborations?
For the right fit, yes. Compensation depends on the scope, quality, and alignment of the work, but we always believe creators deserve to be respected.

Do you send gifted product?
Sometimes. If it’s a true brand fit and the relationship feels mutual, we’re open to gifting. But we never send product in exchange for promises, it has to feel right on both sides.
